Winter Boot Catalog

WinterI will be in Quebec for a month this January or February. I am from Hawaii so I'm used to a tropical climate and I get cold easily. What will I need? Winter jacket? Boots for outdoor? Warm boots for indoor? A detailed list of everything I need will be greatly appreciated as I have no clue whatsoever. I have to make sure I pack/bring everything I need or else I just might freeze to death. Thank you!

As far as alloy wheels, they are expensive and the sand and salt used on winter roads will quickly cause damage to their appearance. Steel wheels will be cheaper but alloys will look much better. This is your call based on your budget and desire. Also, every time you change tires you risk damaging the rims. Having separate rims and tires eliminates this risk. It is quicker and easier and therefore cheaper to swap rims and tires than to remount different tires on the same rims.

I'm tossing the old camo that is almost ten years old and getting a new set of bibs, shirts, parkas, boots. Any suggestions from illinois hunters would be great. By the way I am hunting deer, turkey, phesant, and quail.

I am looking to spend $200 on a good quality (will keep feet dry and warm in new england winters) that also is decently stylish. I would prefer something with a lifetime (or long term) warranty so that I can assure having a good quality boot that lasts a while. I would be willing to pay even a bit more as far as price goes for a good quality item. Which brands and types of shoes are most reliable in your experience? (Not looking for a sports shoe, this would be for everyday use)
